The ACS team is here to provide you and your staff with a prompt response to your inquiry and easy access to the information you need to take care of your patients. In addition to 24/7 access to online, HIPAA-compliant patient information, you will find what you need to verify eligibility, confirm benefits, and check claim status on the internet. If you are unable to find what you need, please contact ACS.

Important Note for Providers

To ensure prompt and accurate service, please check the member’s current ID card for the appropriate website to obtain Eligibility, Verification of Benefits, Claim Filing Information, and Claim Status. Claims should be submitted with the Provider’s NPI Number, and Tax ID Number.

In order to process claims most efficiently, please submit with the correct member ID and group number from the ID card, as these may change from time to time.
