Important Note for Providers:

To ensure prompt and accurate service, please check the member’s current ID card for the appropriate website to obtain Eligibility, Verification of Benefits, Claim Filing Information and Claim Status. Claims should be submitted with the Providers NPI Number and Tax ID Number. In order to most efficiently process claims, please submit with the correct member ID number and group number that appear on the ID card as these may change from time to time.
